I’m looking for someone to stay in my room from February 23 - March 16.

The room is fully furnished with a full size bed, lamps, little desk, and closet. The space has exposed brick, hardwood floors, tons of natural light and faces beautiful sunsets. There are many plants, (I call it my tropical oasis) so it’s perfect for a plant lover. WiFi included and A/C unit is available for the window in the summer. Full disclosure: This room faces a busy street. You'll hear street sounds and neighborhood chatter, but it doesn't go late and I can attest as the one who's lived here for over 10 years, the sound is not much. It's quite charming.

Our commonspace: We have a fully equipped kitchen and living room, where we like to relax and play records and/or chill on the couch. The bathroom is shared with 2 friendly roommates. Sorry, no pets.

The apartment is at the top of a 3 story walkup. The building is in Bedstuy BK; a neighborhood rich with history and full of energy. On our block, there's a citibike station and 2 bodegas (convenience store); 2 blocks away from a coin operated laundromat; and a walking distance from bars, coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Also just 5 blocks from the A/C and 7 blocks from G trains.

About This Lister

I'm a musician from Miami, Florida by way of Venezuela and Italy living in Brooklyn, NY. When I'm not on tour, I teach fitness classes. I like to invite friends for dinner and occasional rehearsal / give music lessons in my studio, but I always give a heads up if that happens.

One roommate is another musician who regularly tours and the other roommate is a book editor. Both are friendly, chill and clean.

Looking for someone who's respectful of the shared space, is communicative and cleans up after themselves; which includes splitting the chores three ways. We love all creative types.
