Seeking a room with private (or shared with 1 person) bathroom and well set up for occasional work from home at 14-1800$ budget. Mostly unfurnished with bed-frame (if possible).

Desire natural light, in-unit dishwasher, clean.

I love a diverse, walkable neighborhood. Fine with some noise, >45 minute commute into Manhattan (work for WSJ as a climate / graphics journalist.)

My ideal roommate keeps the party away from home but is sociable. Can respect private time if needed. Likes jokes and fun conversation!

I am a journalist and cartographer hailing from Colorado Springs, Colorado. I currently work for The Wall Street Journal and before that in the climate NGO space.

I've moved around a fair bit since leaving the west and am used to keeping my own routine and space trim and proper.

Currently I live in New Jersey and for a variety of reasons am trying to get set up in New York City proper. I have a lot of love for nature, animals (though my allergies get in the way some of the time), reading, and learning. I spend my spare time learning languages, drawing or making music (on my headphones, no fear).
