Hi! My roommates and I will all be away for the month of July and we are hoping to sublet our whole 3 bed, 1 bath apartment! It's a 2nd story walk-up in a 4 unit brownstone on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy. It's got great light that enters a cute, furnished living room.

The kitchen will be stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils - I cook a lot, at home. Utilities are included in the rent, we've got wifi, and each room has A/C units. There are two laundromats in either direction on Fulton that take drop-off, and you can use our little cart to bring clothes to and fro. While the apartment is close to Fulton, the street is relatively quiet. There are plenty of fast food options in the area, several grocery stores, nice bars all around, and some great sit-down spots (lmk if you want any recs!)

I will be staying with my girlfriend in Bed-Stuy, so I can address any issues that come up!
