Looking for someone to co-sign the lease with me and split the $5000 rent ($2500 ea.) + utilities

Move in August 1st

The building is a 3-unit brownstone with the owner and landlord living on the ground level and first floors.

Newly renovated apartment is on 3rd and 4th floor, a 2-3 flight walkup. There's a doorbell & intercom, but the front door is manual lock.

Two blocks from the C and G trains.
1.5 blocks from Pratt.

Bedrooms are on the upper floor, the downstairs is furnished and includes new hardwood floors, newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, couch, chairs, TV.

The apartment has a spiral staircase between floors inside, and you can also use the hallway stairs between them to move larger things up and down.

Your private space consists of two neighboring rooms.
Room 1:
11.5 x 14.5 feet, walk in closet that's about 5 feet deep, ceiling fan, two windows with afternoon light.
Room 2:
6 x 14.5 feet, small closet space, ceiling fan, one window.

Living room = 12 x 17 ft.
Dining / Kitchen = 12 x 17 ft.+

1.5 baths: Upstairs newly renovated full bath, downstairs is a refreshed half bath.

Heat and water are included in the rent.
Utilities are: Electric, gas and internet (Spectrum)
Split utilities - Half of approx. $160-$200 depending on a/c usage primarily

No washer or dryer.
No dishwasher.

Plenty of sunlight and a very plant-friendly space.

Apartment lifestyle: Pretty chill vibe, no stress. Cooking, movie watching, some music, good for hosting occasional dinner parties.

Me: Relatively quiet, working from home a lot, writer, graphic designer, bartender. I have a big record collection, but usually use headphones. I've lived here 20 years.
