We’re subletting our furnished 2BR apartment in Clinton Hill from September 1–30 (with some flexibility on move-in/out dates). The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up and has a rare separate dining room. While the bedrooms are cozy, the layout works well for a couple, a single person who wants a home office or someone curious about the neighborhood. We’ve cleared plenty of storage so you’ll have room for your belongings.

Rent is $4,000/month, which includes all utilities (heat, electric, gas, internet). One month security deposit required.
The apartment comes furnished with everything you’ll need: a Room & Board couch, 55" TV with Apple TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a hammock for relaxing! (Please note that the second bedroom does not have a bed but we are happy to provide an air mattress if you would like it. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed.)

Location: We’re on Clinton Ave between Myrtle and Park — close to the G and C trains, the Navy Yard Ferry, and multiple bus lines. Myrtle Ave restaurants, shops, and cafes are just steps away.
