The fully furnished garden level apartment in our brownstone is available beginning July 1. The apartment is 1 BR with decorative original fireplace, hardwood floors and an all-new kitchen -- including a dishwasher -- access to a huge backyard. Washer-dryer is a few steps down in basement.

We are near many great restaurants and bars, like Speedy Romeo, Locanda Vini e Olii, Aita, Peaches, Sisters, Hart's, The Fly and Clementine Bakery.

Dogs are welcome (we have one too) and also welcome to the use backyard.

1 or 2 year lease is preferred, but also open to shorter.
