We’re a charming, if we dare say so ourselves, community of adults who have lived together successfully for four years and treat our home with care. We’re looking for a long-term place to settle. Not a party house.

- Move-in: Feb-April, dates flexible
- Budget: 8k-13k/month, or more if there are additional bedrooms beyond 5

A note from our current landlord, who lives with his family in the basement unit of their beautiful prospect heights brownstone, where we have occupied the top three floors for the last four years — “We’ve loved having this group renting our home.
