We are subletting our bright and breezy Santa Monica apartment! It truly feels like a year-round vacation. We'll be spending time with family in NY as my dad was unexpectedly diagnosed with cancer. We prefer to sublet the entire course, though dates are flexible.
It’s in a prime location situated between the beach, 3rd St Promenade, and the charming boutiques and cafes of Montana Ave — all walking distance within 10 minutes.

We’re also two blocks away from the stunning Palisades Park bluff, where locals (us included) take evening strolls to watch the sun set overlooking the ocean.
Our apartment is on the top floor of a three-story small apartment building, and it’s extremely important to us to respect quiet hours after 10pm in this peaceful neighborhood.

We’re a couple in our mid-thirties (high school sweethearts). Grace is an artist, and Suraj works in digital marketing.
Our priority is to spend time in Manhattan to be close to Grace’s dad, who is ill.
We’re looking for someone who will treat our home as respectfully as we do—clean, low-key, and responsible singles or couples who value a peaceful environment. The apartment is ideal for anyone working or relaxing at home—plant lovers welcome.
