On one of the most beautiful blocks in Cobble Hill.
10 unit self managed co-op. Respectful, nice people, and the building is very well maintained. Free laundry 1 floor down. There is currently one other sublet in the building.

Neighborhood:
-Cobble Hill is quiet, romantic, beautiful, great restaurants…If you don’t know it, look it up. It’s one of the best neighborhoods in NYC.
Easy access to A/C/2/3/4/5/R and F/G trains.
