Hi, we are subletting our beautiful 2BR apartment in Cobble Hill for the holidays. Our place comes with two lovely cats named Coco and Simba. Our actual rent is $4,375.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor walk-up of a 7-family corner building.

• Eat-in kitchen with microwave, Nespresso machine and dishwasher

• Office/guest room which is being used as Simba's bedroom (he tends to meow at night if he roams around). Comes with soundproof windows

We are on Court Street where you can find everything you need. Tons of amazing shops, restaurants, Union Market and Trader Joes are only 5 minutes away.

1 minute from F train, 7 minute walk to 2,3,4,5 and R trains.

Information about our cats:
Our cats Coco and Simba love company. They are both healthy and get fed 3 times a day. Coco loves to sleep with anybody who sleeps in the bedroom; Simba gets his own room at night. Coco loves to cuddle, Simba loves to be played with.

Available for 1-2 persons, not kid-friendly unfortunately.
