I’m looking for a kind, responsible subletter for my furnished one-bedroom apartment, available immediately for month-to-month rental. The space is on the 2nd floor of a quiet brownstone walk-up and has a cozy, lived-in feel. There’s an open kitchen/living room setup that’s great for cooking or working from home, a full bath with a real bathtub, and a small private balcony where you can sit with morning coffee.
The building has onsite laundry, and street parking in the neighborhood is usually manageable (no reserved spots). Utilities are included.
