Come to my bright, comfortable, and cozy 1 bedroom apartment while I'm traveling. The space is a walk-up in Cobble Hill, filled with natural light and decorated with my own carpentry.

It is a large 700 sq. ft. apartment with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and a big living area/kitchen/dining area. The apartment has four large windows that flood the space with sunshine from both the east and the west with a view of lower Manhattan. The apartment is fully furnished with everything including kitchen essentials, linens, A/C, heat, and WiFi.

Cobble Hill is classic Brooklyn, with tree-lined streets, brownstones, and a cozy vibrant community. The apartment is walking distance from restaurants, shops, cafes, and wine bars on Court Street, Smith Street, and Atlantic Avenue.

Carroll Park, Brooklyn Promenade, and Brooklyn Bridge Park are all a short walk away. Multiple subway lines (F and G) and a ferry are also within walking distance.

Available from January 4th to March 15th 2025, with some flexibility during those dates for a residency/internship/etc.

I'm looking for a responsible, considerate person or couple who will treat my home with care for two months.
