Come to our bright, comfortable, and cozy 1-bedroom walk-up apartment in Brooklyn's Cobble Hill neighborhood.
It is a 700 sq. ft. apartment filled with natural light and decorated with our own carpentry. There is a large bedroom with a connected bathroom and then a living area complete with a desk, living room/tv, dining table — with a handmade banquette — and of course, the kitchen. The layout is perfect for a couple and there is enough space for 2 to easily work from home.
The apartment has large windows that flood the space with sunshine from both the east and the west and a view of lower Manhattan. The apartment is fully furnished with everything including kitchen essentials, a dishwasher, linens, A/C, and WiFi.
Cobble Hill is a classic Brooklyn neighborhood with tree-lined streets, brownstones, and a cozy vibrant community. The apartment is walking distance from restaurants, shops, cafes, and wine bars on Court Street, Smith Street, and Atlantic Avenue. Carroll Park, Brooklyn Promenade, and Brooklyn Bridge Park are all a short walk away. Multiple subway lines (F, G (Bergen); 2, 3, 4, 5, R (Borough Hall)) and a ferry are also within walking distance.

We are looking for a responsible, considerate couple or person who will treat our home with care for two months.
We have lived in New York for a few years now, work remotely, and love this apartment. We have had a lot of fun fixing it up, decorating it, and making it our home.
Originally from Chicago and Atlanta, we love taking advantage of our remote jobs and getting to travel and visit family for extended periods of time and have really enjoyed sharing our place with folks on the Listings Project.
Rent is $5400 per month. A security deposit ($1500) and a post stay cleaning (~$240) will be required, in addition to first month’s rent. We will sign a standard sublet agreement to ensure clarity for both parties.
