$4,500 per month, inclusive of utilities

Summer in my bright and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment while I'm traveling. The space is a 4th floor walk-up in Cobble Hill, filled with natural light and decorated with my own carpentry.

It is a large 700 sq.ft. apartment with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and an big living area/kitchen/dining area. The apartment has four large windows that flood the space with sunshine from both the east and the west with a view of lower Manhattan. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you'll need including kitchen essentials, linens, A/C, and WiFi.

Cobble Hill is awesome classic Brooklyn living with tree-lined streets, brownstones, and a vibrant community feel. The apartment is within walking distance from great restaurants, shops, and cafes and wine bars on Court Street, Smith Street, Atlantic Avenue, and other tucked away spots.

Carroll Park, Brooklyn Promenade, and Brooklyn Bridge Park are all a short walk away. Multiple subway lines (F and G) and a ferry (with Rockaway Beach service!) are also within walking distance.

Available from June 15 to August 15, 2025, though I'm flexible on exact dates if you need to suit a summer residency/internship/etc.

I'm looking for a responsible, considerate person or couple who will treat my home with care during the summer months.

Rent is $4,500 per month with utilities included. A security deposit will be required up front, in addition to first month’s rent. We will sign a standard sublet agreement to ensure clarity for both parties.
