I keep the space clutter free, with ample space in the dresser and closet for your belongings. The bathroom is quirky, with a sink toilet hand wash, but the shower has good pressure and stays hot. The AC is new for the summer. There is fast wifi, a small desk, fans, a bluetooth speaker, extra towels, and a well equipped kitchen.

This is the ideal location. With access to every form of transportation, shopping, wine, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, bakeries, coffee, parks, etc.

The landlord and I have a good relationship. His art studio is situated on the first floor, he works there every day, so you'll likely see him around during the mornings/afternoons.

I'm hoping to rent to a clean, respectful, chill sublet(s) to stay in a classic Williamsburg old-school apt, all while enjoying the city.
