Opposite, an expansive pantry offers abundant storage (a rarity and a luxury). A vintage John Stuart dining table seats six comfortably—ideal for long dinners with friends or spreading out your latest project. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double-door refrigerator with ice maker, gas range, and dishwasher.

The botanical-inspired bedroom is a peaceful haven featuring a full-size bed and an extended twin daybed—perfect for guests. The newly renovated bathroom is a spa-like retreat clad in luminous Black Italian Marble, transforming daily rituals into moments of indulgence.

Colleen's Cabin sits on the grounds of a working hobby farm, where chickens cluck, citrus trees bloom, and seasonal vegetables flourish. After years in the French Quarter and Bayou St. John, I discovered the quiet charm of Algiers and created this sanctuary for kindred spirits. My farm hand lives in a small apartment attached to the cabin, and I have a trusted long-term tenant across the street—we're a small, caring community.

For 12-Month Leases:
Security deposit of $1,800 plus first month's rent due at signing.

For Short-Term Stays:
Deposit and payment schedule vary based on dates and length of stay. All amounts disclosed in writing before commitment.

Pets Policy

Dogs and cats considered case-by-case. Must be on flea treatment and house-trained.
