This apartment is a gem: sunny, serene and comfortable in an amazing neighborhood full of fun. Located in the heart of CG, a small, beautiful, very TV Brooklyn neighborhood full of delicious Italian restaurants, families, parks and boutiques. Our home is great for anyone, but ideal for a family with young children since it is equipped with all the accouterments children require!

About This Lister

We are a teacher/academic, therapist and two kids going on a summer adventure to the south west! We are long-term tenants (10+ years!) of this small, 3 unit building, and we love our home. It is a special place, and we hope you and yours can enjoy it too.

Rental requirements

$900 per week. This is inclusive of utilities (gas, electric, wifi, heat, hot water). Preference for stays for the full 2 weeks.

$300 cleaning fee

Rental security deposit to be returned post rental inspection of the property + belongings

We also require a mutually beneficial rental agreement.

This apartment is our family home, so we are looking for trustworthy and respectful tenants to treat the space as their own.
