Hello! My adorably colorful and furnished apartment is available for a 1 month sublet the entire month of August. The building is a 2story detached house on the corner of a quiet tree lined block in the heart of Ridgewood Queens! The apartment occupies the entire second floor, so there is zero neighbor noise, it’s on a second floor walkup. The kitchen and living area are right as you walk in with a well stocked kitchen, though sadly no dishwasher or laundry.
The bathroom is spacious and the shower is incredible! The bedroom is spacious as well and I have a huge library of books you can borrow from.
I will be staying in the city dog sitting the entire month, so I’ll be available to help with minor issues if needed.
I do have a cat, but she will NOT be in the apartment, just a warning if you’re highly allergic that a cat has been on the couch.
My belongings will still be in the apartment, but of course I’ll clear cabinet and closet space for your things. :)
