Welcome to our colorful light-filled oasis! Situated on a quiet tree lined street in the heart of Clinton Hill, we are a very short walk to all sorts of incredible restaurants and bars, and a 15 minute walk to Fort Greene park. 14 foot ceilings, bright, warm, well loved, full of color and art.

It's a really magical place and we're looking for respectful guests who will enjoy it while we're away!

THE SPACE

It's a two story, two bedroom apartment in a beautiful brownstone in the heart of Clinton Hill. It's colorfully and thoughtfully decorated, with high ceilings and large windows which let in magnificent light all day long. In anticipation of this sublet, we have converted our son's nursery into a proper office; however, we can reinstall the crib if you're traveling with a small one or put a queen bed in there, whatever is preferred! We are not afraid of color and have painted each room in the house a different bold and beautiful color. It’s a simultaneously calm and inspiring place to relax or come up with your next idea! You can even hear birds chirping while enjoying your morning coffee in the kitchen.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, with more dishes than you could ever eat off of.

We have put a lot of love and care into making sure the house feels cozy, and there are ample couches and chairs to curl up on and enjoy a great book or watch a movie.

All bedrooms are on the second floor, along with a laundry room, and two bathrooms.

It’s truly our dream home and we would love to share it with thoughtful and respectful guests!

** We lastly ask that there aren't any parties, large or small, while we're away.

My wife and I are both filmmakers and split our time between upstate and Brooklyn, as well as travel quite a bit for work. We love our home, and have poured a lot of creativity and heart into the space, and are looking for someone kind, clean, thoughtful and respectful to live there while we're away.
