The room is conveniently located across the hall from a bathroom with a charming clawfoot bathtub and a standing shower. There is also a 2nd full bathroom near the front of the house.

The house has fast internet, laundry facilities, a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as an air fryer, instant pot, and rice cooker. Weekly housekeeping is provided for a small fee and free parking is available in the driveway. You'll find a BBQ for outdoor cooking in the fenced backyard, along with lounge chairs, couches, and tables.

My home offers a shared space where you can enjoy making new connections or have complete privacy if that is what you prefer. It has been a welcoming sanctuary for many in the Hollywood entertainment industry, offering a positive and supportive atmosphere. You and one other roommate will share two bathrooms in the house. There is also a private suite rented on Airbnb. I live on the property with my 11-year-old chihuahua mix named Chiquita.

The neighborhood feels like a true community, with several hiking trails nearby and easy access to 3 major freeways for commuters. Lake Hollywood, the Wisdom Tree, Warner Bros. Studios and Universal Studios are just a mile away.
