Constuction/Landscape Assistant

Looking for assistance in the rehabilitation of a home and 37 acre landscape in the lower Hudson Valley. Scope of work would entail: gardening, weeding, tree work, stonework, staining, painting, carpentry, furniture restoration, general cleaning and other various projects.

This will start out as part time, with the possibility of becoming full time over the winter, 2-4 days a week and about 15-30 hours to start. This is a flexible position and we are willing to accommodate individual employment needs. Off season / seasonal workers welcome! Alternative housing options are available if interested.

Attention to detail and willingness of manual labor required. There will be heavy lifting and monotonous tasks. Artist welcome!

Compensation would start at $20-$35/h based on experience.
