We have a studio space for rent in dumbo!

In a large woodworking shop with several studio spaces, the available studio is about 230sq feet, plus “convertible” expansion into the common area that allows the space to adapt to larger work. It has a set of sliding doors that when open, allows you to expand into the walkway as needed - anywhere from about 100 to 150 ft of additional space. The sliding door is about 10’, and opens to about 9’. The studio also has a regular door as well.

The rental studio space:
It’s got a 24’ long wall, and is 6’wide at one end and 10’ at the other.

When the woodshop is off usually after 3pm, you can use the workbenches and full floor space
if you want to use the big machines we can discu$$ ;)

The folks:
I am the current tenant, and there are 2 others in the studios. The three of us are a group of local multi-medium artists, woodworkers, and craftspeople. In this space, we primarily work on our own art, commercial fabrication, and run a woodworking school.
We all live in the neighborhood, but you don’t have to.
We are an inclusive environment for ALL people, and 420-friendly.

Safe and secure
- there are locks on internal & external doors, and there are no exterior windows. The whole building is monitored by security cameras. I am also usually on-site around the clock as well.

- Great location for commuting, located 1 block from the F train and 3 blocks from A train, the East River Ferry, and buses.
- Close to many coffee spots, shops, restaurants, and bars.
- 5 min walk to the waterfront

Workspace only!
Absolutely no sleeping in the space whatsoever.

1st month rent + 1 month security

- High speed internet $25/mo
- Electricity $35/mo
