We have a studio space for rent in dumbo about 280sq feet plus “convertible” expansion into common space and other work areas and allows the space to adapt to larger work

We have a large space with several studio spaces and large woodworking shop

The rental studio space:
It’s got a 24’ long wall 6’ at one end and 10’ at the other

It has a regular door by the entrance to the place

It has a big “convertible” set of sliding doors by the shop end which when open let’s you expand into to walk area as needed

VALVE MUST BE ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES

Space expansion:
When the Wood-shop is off usually after 3pm, you can use the workbenches and floor space

The three of us are a group of local artists and craftspeople who are woodworkers and multi-medium artists
