Our cosy furnished one bedroom is one floor up (walk up), in a small building. The apartment is small but comfortable and works perfectly for one person or a couple.
It’s located on Manhattan avenue, where all the fun is! Our subway station, Greenpoint avenue (on the G), is 2 stops away from the L at Bedford and 2 stops away from the 7, E and M at Court Square, which is very convenient to go anywhere in the city. We’re only 3 blocks from the East River with stunning views on the skyline! Utilities are included.
