I am going to LA for work and hope to find a single or a couple to enjoy my sunny spot from now until end of Feb. Dates flexible, seeking 1 month tenancy minimum.

The apartment is on the top floor of a two story building on Franklin street (you'll have two neighbors total) - a rare oasis in the centre of Greenpoint.
