Both bedrooms have queen beds and desks and spacious built in closets. The apartment has wood floors, great light (especially in the bedrooms), an open plan living and kitchen area with marble topped free standing island/dining table and Blu Dot stools, 100% linen bedding, stainless steel cookware, and high speed internet.

Cross-section is Halsey and Patchen. There is a B26 bus stop on the block (super fast out to Bushwick or into Clinton Hill) , 8-10 mins walk the J (then 20 mins to Manhattan) and 12-15 mins to the A at Utica. Great coffee shops, bars, and restaurants in the area.

My street is a lovely and lively Bed Stuy neighborhood, with friendly long-time residents next door and younger renters in my building. I'd like to sublet to someone who knows and values this part of Brooklyn and is respectful of the long-standing community that has made it what it is.
