Cosy studio apartment in Greenwhich Village available for Sublet in January while I'm travelling.

Located close to plenty of restaurants and bars in the heart of GV.

Apartment is on the 2nd floor and includes a full/double bed, fully equipped kitchen, 50 inch TV (with Netflix, Disney, Amazon, AppleTV), desk with monitors for remote work, internet, and a small dining table.

10 mins or less walking distance to the A/C/E, B/D/F/M, 1/2, and NQRW lines.

I love my space and I've made it my sanctuary, so looking for someone responsible and respectful who's going to care for my apartment, is relatively quiet, and not going to bring the party home.

I'd love to sublet for the entire period but open to shorter term. Would prefer a single person, but open to a responsible couple. Bills included.
