Small private outdoor sitting area. Private entrance through gate to back yard. Plenty of easy street parking, only a block to Main Street and walkable to metro north, so a great location for someone who lives in the city and is wanting a part time spot upstate, or for someone who needs/wants to access the city. This is a perfect location for the solo wanderer or a couple who don’t mind tight quarters. I live in the main house, so will be on site to help if anything comes up.
