My wife and I are looking for a 1 bedroom sublet, preferably in Manhattan or anywhere north of Prospect Park (Gowanus, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, etc). We're working with a budget of $2500 a month, and are hoping to sublet for the month of September, and perhaps the month of October as well.

We're very clean, quiet and respectful tenants, and we're happy to give references! We're also more than happy to hop on a video call or meet in person; our schedules are very flexible!

Furthermore, we're open to lease-takeovers too if its a good fit.
