My wife and I are looking for a 1 bedroom (or larger) apartment, preferably in Manhattan or anywhere north of Prospect Park (Gowanus, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, Crown Heights etc). We're working with a budget of $2500 a month max, and looking for something with a January start date, though we would be interested in December and February start dates as well!

We're very clean, respectful tenants, with our paperwork all ready and in order. We're also happy to give references!

Furthermore, we're open to lease-takeovers too if its a good fit.
