Hi! We’re a married couple relocating to New York City in September and looking for a short‑term, furnished sublet while we settle into the city.

We’re both 35, respectful and tidy. Our houseparty days are behind us, and spend most of our time working or exploring the city. We keep a shoes‑off home and are very conscientious about caring for spaces that aren’t ours. In our own home, we hire weekly professional cleaning and would be happy to do the same during a sublet.

Location / Commute

One of us works near Bryant Park, so we’re hoping for a 30-35 minute commute max, ideally via one subway line. Neighborhoods with good access that we’re interested in are along the B/D/F/M, 4/5/6, 7, or L lines.

About This Lister

Originally from Asheville, North Carolina and Milan, Italy, we’re getting ready to make New York our new home and are looking for a furnished, short‑term space to land while we settle and look for a more permanent apartment.

Outside of work, we’re pretty active: one of us swims, takes drum lessons, and is a big fan of stand‑up comedy; the other works long hours but loves volleyball, hunting for unique wines, and reading. We enjoy cooking at home together, so a functional, comfortable kitchen is something we really appreciate.

We keep a very tidy, shoes‑off home and are accustomed to maintaining spaces carefully. We are responsive, considerate, and would treat a home as if it were our own.

We have two cats who are well‑behaved, fully indoor, and fully accustomed to apartment living.
