Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for a lease takeover, longterm sublet, or any leads on a one bedroom or studio for May 1st.

The ideal space would be in Ridgewood, East Williamsburg, Bushwick, Crown Heights, Stuyvesant Heights, Greenpoint, or anywhere around Prospect Park, but we’re open to Brooklyn, Queens, and lower Manhattan—budget is $2,700 + utilities. We’d love a walkable area or outdoor access!
