Under a continuous 5,000-sq-ft barn’s roof, it adjoins the side of the barn the owner lives in, yet is entirely private with its own entrance to the sprawling acreage. The property feels rural and removed, yet is 5 minutes from Main Street.
This is not a short term rental, yet stays longer than a month will depend on the first month as a trial period with the tenant. In its prime as an AirBnB, it rented for $300-$700/night.
(As for access, renters will get a large empty closet for clothes and belongings.)
