The only caveat is that the longtime tenant will have some belongings kept in the apartment, but you’ll have closet space and get to enjoy the meticulous furnishings and absolutely gigantic fig tree.
A weekly cleaner will be provided, and the opportunity to stay longer will depend on the first month.
