Lovely clean and comfortable apartment in small old New York building. Cat or small dog allowed. One month deposit (+pet deposit, if applicable}, Accessible to 3 city busses with a 10 block walk to L or F trains. Great restaurants, bars and shopping within blocks.

I am available by phone during the entire rental period to manage any repairs or other issues that arise.

I have lived in this coop for over 30 years. Love the neighborhood but now that I'm retired I like to get away from time to time. Looking for a tenant who will respect the apartment and the building. It is a quiet building, no loud parties or other disruptive behavior.
