I'm subletting my Crown Heights 1-bedroom apartment since I'll be spending a lot of time with family over the winter. The start date is 2/1, and the end date is flexible, but I'd like someone who could stay for at least the full month of February.

The rent is $2600, which is not on the low side, and of course, I wish my rent were lower! But this has 100% been the best place I've lived in NYC. No horror stories to report, which is a first in my 4 years here. My subletter last winter enjoyed the place immensely.

My building has very responsive management, a washer/dryer in the basement, it's quiet, and it's well-located (too many cafes nearby to count, a 6 min walk from Franklin Ave, walking distance from Prospect Park, and there are three subway stops close by with access to the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains).

I also have a desk, monitor, walking pad, big TV, and all your usual kitchen appliances.

Please let me know if you're interested! I would prefer a single individual without pets, but could make potential exceptions for cats and couples! 😊

I'm a writer and marketer who has lived here for close to two years. I love my space, and the building's neighbors are very quiet, chill, normal people. The building's management is the best I've had in NYC and responds to problems in a timely fashion. I'm leaving to travel and also to save money as I lost my job last year.
