Hi! This is a short-term sublet while I’m away traveling from June 10–30.

My spacious 1-bedroom apartment is located in Astoria, Queens — one of NYC’s best neighborhoods for international food, culture, and community.

Astoria has also become a vibrant queer-friendly neighborhood, with several local gay bars and gathering spots nearby (the closest is about a 10-minute walk away).

The apartment is:

* 15 minutes from Astoria Park and the waterfront
* 10 minutes from the N/W trains (under 40 mins to Manhattan)
* 15-minute walk to the ferry
* Right by the B62 bus into Brooklyn

There’s also a supermarket open until 11pm and a laundromat with same-day drop-off service directly across the street.

The apartment itself is in a charming older building and is located on the second floor (no elevator). It’s very spacious, gets excellent natural light throughout the day, and has a cozy, lived-in feel.
