Hello - I am traveling this spring and interested in offering my 1br for sublet.

My apartment is located within an large elevator building with a doorman. Coordinating access is a simple process and can be done remotely.

My apartment includes an appointed kitchen, cozy living room, projector, large bathroom with shower/bathtub, dishwasher, full size range / refrigerator, and bedroom with a queen sized bed. I get lovely direct sunlight in the morning hours and my neighbors are quiet and respectful. I conveniently have a washer/dryer in unit.

I keep my space spotless with regular professional cleanings. The apartment is well-lived in and filled with family heirlooms/antiques and personal items. My expectation is that anyone staying handles my personal possessions with great care.

I am unsure of the square footage...hence adding "zero" in that field. I am happy to send a video clip or invite you to tour the space in person.

The neighborhood is lovely with many shops, bars, grocery and convenience stores.
