This is a cozy and spacious one bedroom (technically two bedroom but second room is used as an office) less than 5 minutes from the Utica A/C. I've lived here for going on 5 years. I'm going to my home country for a few months and would love to open my home to someone while I'm away.
There's:
- A washer/dryer in the basement
- Queen sized bed & a futon in the office
- A kitchen with every spice or gadget you'll need
- Large windows in the living room that bring in plenty of light
- Lots of books, plants and art on the walls :)
- No elevator but it's on the second floor with half a flight of stairs to get in
- Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby on Malcolm X Boulevard as well as old, gorgeous brownstones

- Utilities are gas, electricity, wifi (usually goes over $100)
- Rental requirements: paystub, photo id.
- Would prefer someone to stay at least two months but other than that length is negotiable.
