The 16-unit limestone building faces a small playground. Walk up 3 flights of stairs to reach the unit, which feels airy thanks to high ceilings and treetop-views from the bedroom windows. The apartment has mini-split ACs, hardwood floors, a closet in each room, a dishwasher, and a fully-tiled bathroom — plus a gym, laundry room, and bike storage area in the basement. We currently have the apartment set up as a one bedroom, with our living room in one bedroom and an office/dining space in the living room, but it would easily work for roommates, too.
