Summer weekends in this neighborhood can be lively, but apartment is quite peaceful and removed from the hubbub.

This apt is normally home to a cat. He won't be around but his traces may remain — heads up if you have an allergy.

I'll be traveling and overseas for part of this term, but reachable. The building is well maintained with a super available on quick notice if something needs attendance.
