Subletting my alcove studio apartment located on the borderline of Gramercy Park and East Village from 12/7 to 1/14. I’m flexible with move-in date but the you can check in as early as around noon on 12/7, and check out as late as 6pm on 1/14.

Price is $750/week but I can offer a good deal including utilities for the area if you’re subletting it for a month or the entire period. I just ask that you take care of my plant babies by watering them once a week or every 10 days. I prefer someone that can sublet it for at least 3 weeks.

Conveniently located with lots of great
restaurants, coffee shops and bars etc around, and 1st ave station off the L is a 3 minute walk away, and Union Square station is a 8 minute walk away. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are a 5 minute walk away. A park and CVS are right around the corner also.

There’s a separate space for bed so it doesn’t feel like a Manhattan shoebox studio:) The unit is on 4th floor in an elevator building.
