Very beautiful common areas. Located on the 5th floor of the building with elevator. Since we are renting from Jan 5th the rent for the first month will be $2600 and for February $2800- Utilities included. Pets allowed.
About This Lister
I am a PhD student with my husband who is an entrepreneur. We go to Connecticut and work remote and during our time outside of the city, we sublet our beautiful apartment.

Pets Policy
Pets are allowed in the building and the apartment. Of course clean after your pets and make sure their co-existence does not effect the apartment negatively in terms of odors or stains etc.
It is easier for me to put the lease for no pets but I have cats myself and love to accommodate responsible pet owners and make it easy for them.
