Subletting my beloved apartment between December 2025 and April 2026 (flexible-ish, ideally the full period). It's a railroad apartment on the 3rd floor (last floor, walk-up) of a renovated brownstone building. The bedroom is facing the backyard, it is very quiet and gets a lot of light all day round. Queen size bed. Bathroom with bathtub is accessible via the bedroom. Kitchen is furnished (microwave, kettle, coffeemaker, blender, milk frother, toaster, coffee grinder, slow cooker). Second room is used as living room/office (iMac + dog not included). Both rooms have big build-in closets (I’ll empty them for you to use). Bed linens & towels provided. No in-building laundry.
Internet, electricity + gas included. Smart TV + most lights are connected via Philips hue (also work without the app).

The building and the street are lovely and it feels very much like a neighborhood, everybody is friendly and helpful. Coffeeshop + lunch spot + deli at the corner.
10 min walk from J/M Myrtle ave and 20min from A/C at Fulton Street. 12 min walk from Herbert Von King Park. Plenty of buses and citibikes stations around.
