Hi there! I’m offering a clean , comfy apartment for 2-3 ppl in my 2-bedroom apartment in Astoria, Queens, right between Broadway and 30th Avenue (near the N and W trains).

It’s just a quick 20-minute ride to Manhattan.

‼️You can rent for any of the weeks between June 15 - the end of August ‼️ If you want to rent it is $800 per week including utilities.

The apartment is on the second floor, super bright, and peaceful. I’m looking for quiet, friendly, clean folks who are POC and queer friendly.

What’s included:

Towels, paper towels, and fresh bed sheets. You will have access to the kitchen and bathroom.

Please no other guest.

The area is great! The Neighborhood is clean and quiet. There’s a laundromat right outside the building, lots of amazing restaurants nearby, and parks and gyms within a 10-minute walk. It’s a welcoming neighborhood, and I think you’ll love it here!
