The apartment is located in the Santa Caterina neighborhood, part of the vibrant El Born district in Barcelona. Known for its rich history and lively atmosphere, El Born is filled with narrow medieval streets, charming cafes, boutique shops, and a variety of cultural attractions. Just steps away, you'll find the iconic Santa Caterina Market, where you can enjoy fresh local produce and delicacies.

· There is a weekly cleaning fee of €60. This covers deep cleaning after your stay. Please wash your dishes, take out all your trash, and leave the house in good condition. The cleaning fee does not mean you can leave the house messy or untidy.

· No loud noise or music after 11 PM. Please be respectful of my neighbors.

· Only registered guests are allowed in the house. No visitors or additional guests under any circumstances.

· No smoking inside the house (including windows).

· Please inform me immediately if anything breaks or is not working properly - accidents happen, and I appreciate your honesty.
