This is a 1.5 bedroom, railroad style classic Greenpoint apartment on the second floor of a small friendly walk-up building. We are one block from McGolrick Park, off the Nassau G stop, close to countless cafes, shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
This has been our home for 13 years and has been meticulously cared for—the kitchen is spacious and stocked (+ dishwasher!), the bed is comfortable and at the end of the apartment, joined by a desk for those who WFH. We have a nice sitting room with a sofa bed and side table. The wifi is fast! In the nursery room, we have a full crib, Graco carseat, baby tub, changing pad and play mat at your disposal if you're traveling with a little one.
NO PETS. NO PARTIES.
About This Lister
We are a couple in our late 30s working in design and music. We are neat, respectful, communicative, creative, and friendly. We just had a baby so are splitting time in NYC and opening up our home to like-minded individuals in need of a place to stay short term.

Any inquiry will be reviewed personally by us as the lease holders. We will ask to chat directly with you to make sure you are a good fit for the space and reserve the right to respectfully pass if that's not the case. This is our home of 13+ years and we have a wonderful relationship with our neighbors. We will ask for half of payment upfront and will give you detailed instructions on how to access the apartment, and will remain available for any questions/comments during your stay. We kindly ask that you cover a $150 cleaning fee.
