I am subletting my room in Bushwick for the time I'll be away 08/17 - 09/09. Ideally the whole time but open for shorter rental (minimum 1 week). Subletting for $700 per week or $1650 for the whole time. The apartment is located in the heart of Bushwick, 4 min walk to L train Jefferson stop, amazing restaurants, bars, venues, all within one block. Maria Hernandez Park one block away. The apartment itself is on the second floor, its a railroad apartment, with lots of privacy, shared with just one roommate who travels a lot (a female). It is a very peaceful space, we keep it really quite here, since we live in a very dynamic area. If you are looking for a room for one week minimum, maximum three, hit me up. Females only.
