I am renting my entire Bedstuy Apartment. It is available December 1st - April/May

Apartment is 1 block off the Tompkins Cultural Corridor, lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. This area is very walkable.

Apartment sits equidistance between A&G lines(5-10m walk depending on how fast you walk.).

Apartment has a large bedroom and another enclosed lofted bed space, with computer workspace and workbench below. I've added a convertible sofa and enclosed a loft space(not pictured). The apartment can comfortably sleep 6 people.

The space is very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. There is quality cookware and appliances, Vitamix, Berkey water filter, cold pressed juicer etc.

Rent is $2800 + Utilities. I will need a one month security deposit + 1st month rent before move in.

Weekly rate will be $1100 + Cleaning Fee
