Subletting our furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Crown Heights starting January 1st until the end of February, given January 1st is short notice on this listing we are happy for a move in anytime in January at a reduced rate based on days left in the month. One bedroom is converted into an office so it's a great work from home space. It's a 1st floor walk up (no lift) in a neighborly pre-war building, in a lovely neighborhood.

There is lots of light/windows, very good heating with pre-war radiators, WiFi, extensive cooking equipment and all utilities are included in the rent.

The apartment is right on the border of Crown Heights and Prospect Heights (2 blocks from the Park Pl. S train stop) with loads of lovely bars, coffee shops and restaurants around. There is a laundromat right across the street for easy access to washing.

It's a 10/15 min walk to the Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Gardens and Prospect Park (grand army entrance). With an extensive set of train options: 2/3/4/5/S/A/C and lots of bus and city bike options too.

Am very happy to leave a list of recommendations and activities in the area.

We are both artists, we cook a lot at home and are super clean and the apartment reflects all of this. We are looking for clean, respectful people who will take good care of our home and be respectful of our neighbors. It’s an ideal space for artist/freelance single or couple.
